Honours, Awards and MedalsMany brave Australians have risked their lives to help defend our country. Some have contributed to our defence in times of war but also times of peace and it is vital that we recognise their service. Medals such as the Anniversary of National Service Medal and the Australian Defence Medal help commemorate and recognise the contribution made to Australia by people in our community. I have included links to the application forms for these medals. Completed forms may be returned to my office at 636 Moggill Rd, Chapel Hill, for submission.
